Last
year Tim Sigler played at the Ramsey County Fair doing a short acoustical set.
With so many rave reviews that he has been receiving around town the fair has
asked him back to be our main performer on Thursday. Tim Sigler has been playing
music to thousands of people across the Midwest for most of his adult life. With
approximately 200 shows per year, and a massive play list, Tim Sigler has quickly
become a fan favorite here in the upper Midwest. Backed by some of the some of
the best musicians in the Twin Cities, the Tim Sigler Band is a must see show.

Loud
+2 is an upcoming local teen band that is reaching new heights. Starting like
most bands in their basements and playing for their friends and family they slowly
evolved and began playing the nightclub scene such as the 400 Club in Minneapolis
and gained a new audience and fan club. In June of 2008 Loud +2 was honored as
one of the top 20 artists under 20 in the Twin Cities by the Walker Art Center.
Loud +2 is set to perform on Friday July 11 at 5:00 pm. |

big hurdles for any band. For the award-winning Kurt Jorgensen Band (KJB), these
hurdles are taken in stride. Formed in 2000, this hard-working Minneapolis-based
group continues to convert first-time audiences into long-time fans. The Ramsey
County Fair is excited to have Kurt and his band back at the fair to headline
our Friday night entertainment. |

Rubber
Soul the Tribute Band is set to play at the Ramsey County Fair! These five Beatle-crazed
guys, fans before anything, enjoy and share their mutual passion. The line-up
consists of Brian McGuire (Paul McCartney), Dwight Sheridan (George Harrison),
Roger Jaworski (Ringo) and Mike McDonough (John Lennon). Dave Gores is a unique
addition to the Fab Four on keyboards (aka Billy Preston). He performs the predominant
keyboard parts from the Let It Be release and early Sgt Peppers/Magical Mystery
Tour albums, and also contributes background vocals and extra percussion. Rubber
Soul covers the entire gamut. |
