Youth Pet Show

If you are a youth between the ages of 5 and 19, plan to participate in the Youth Pet Show at the Ramsey County Free Fair.

The Youth Pet Show will take place on Thursday, July ?, 2026 starting at 6:30 p.m.

Register at 6:00 p.m. in the Pet Show tent.

All pets are eligible - dog, cat, hamster, bird, rabbit, etc. All animals need to be leashed/caged while on fair grounds.

There will be prizes and trophies awarded and classes will include:
Class: Open Youth Pet Show
Lot 01 -
Most knowledgeable youth
Lot 02 -
Largest pet
Lot 03 -
Smallest Pet
Lot 04 -
Pet with the most Hair
Lot 05 -
Pet with the most Fur
Lot 06 -
Pet with the most Feathers
Lot 07 -
Youth and pet who most resemble each other
Lot 08 -
Most unique pet
Lot 09 -
Best dressed Pet
Lot 10 -
4-H Youth with the Best Pet
Lot 11 -
Grand Champion Pet
Lot 12 -
Reserve Champion Pet
